The recent report run through the National Centre of Vocational Education Research has shown that NSW is training 30% of Australia’s apprentices and trainees.
From 217 to 2018 the NSW Government-funded enrolments increased by 7,700 with an increase in Indigenous students.
Currently the Government has committed over $350 million to allow 100,000 fee free apprenticeships and 100,000 free TAFE NSW and VET courses over four years.
